Good burgers but dont know why it is too much hyped.

Always a great place to stop while shopping. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff is always amazing. Very friendly service. Its lovely when staff comes to your table and offers refills and or to throw your trash away. Just an overall great fast food restaurant. Have came here multiple times and never been disappointed yet

Great taste, fast service, I would say about half people in this food court are for Chick-fil-A.

This place runs like a well-oiled machine. It's kind of amazing to watch. Even when it's super busy, they have people taking your orders while you're in line, and then you give them your name and pay up frint. They repeat your order at every step of the way to make sure it's right. Kudos to top-notch customer service!

For whatever reason all of these restaurants smell exactly the same like an old mop when you walk in but yet the food is good LMAO I just wish this smell will go away because I've even heard my staff at work talk about the smell many times

I always stop by purchasing some food in this spot. I enjoy the rapid service and well prepared dishes. Never disappointing.

Greatest place ever to grab a quick snack. There are health3 choices and non-healthy choices. In short, there is something for everyone.

Great establishment, quick and friendly service but I have one problem... I usually don't do this kind of thing but something needs to be addressed. I usually walk inside but this particular night, I was tired and went to the drive through. I see 3 employees standing outside waiting on people. It's a kind gesture, don't get me wrong, but its 58 degrees outside, dark and raining. Yes, they had raincoat on but, it's November. The temperature is dropping that can cause someone to get really sick. I'm all about great customer service but, not at the expense of someone's health. Yes, they go back in, then come back out, then in, and out. That's only going to make it worse. I can understand early fall, summer (when it's not brutally hot), and spring but, I think it's wrong to have people outside, in the cold at night and its raining.

This place is great, I go here whenever I’m in Springfield.

Chick-fil-A is always a great time! The death service is always on point and at this particular day my food came out hot and it was very tasty I recommend the grilled chicken salad. I will definitely come back so this particular location the guest service is exceptional and for it to be in the mall you get extra points for that one

I have yet to have a bad experience. I only had a hundred dollar bill and asked the cashier if they could 'break it' - he said yes, and started giving me smaller bills.... I had to tell him I wanted to get good too.... his priority was in helping the.man in front of him. Amazing Customer Service!!!

The location is gr8, it's nice and clean when you sep in and the service is fast and convenient.

Inside the Christiana Mall is the Chick-fil-A in a food court. At the same quality as a stand-alone chick-fil-A. The taste of their chicken and fries consistent throughout. Great customer service

Their food is amazing! Spicy chicken sandwich was great, including the waffle fries too. This place is the heart of fast food.

My favorite fast food. This is my go to place when I crave chicken and fries or a vanilla shake. Can't go wrong coming here.

The food and service are great as always even during this pandemic. However this location is operating on a limited menu. No shakes, tea, lemonade, grilled chicken, and salads. From what I understand this is management’s decision. The other actual store locations are super busy, and it would be nice that since this location is at the mall and less busy to have the items you desire when bypassing the Quintilio Dr and hospital location. Just a thought since you CAN add them to the menu!

So cool, the line seems long but they have attended to that and majorly reduced waiting time by taking orders quickly with more employees. Food great as always.

Fresh Cobb salad looks nice and it's tasty too, but I don't get used to the frosted lemonade. I thought it's....liquid, and it's ok actually.

The service for being extremely busy was amazing. The food was good. It was my first time eating at a Chick-fil-A

Good location but bad food. I have tried food here multiple times and every time there was issue with food. Today, wedges were not properly cooked/fried and chicken nuggets were soggy.

The customer service is outstanding the food is delicious 👌

Really hard to go wrong here. Good food at a decent price, and phenomenal service.They will come out into the food court after youve purchased your meal to check on you. Its that extra touch that sets them apart.

My Grandchildren love to come here..I just would like to see them have and give out coupons...The Food is more on the Higher side,but it is good..Most of the time I get Hot Food.. Sometimes it is on the colder side..
